Monday

What are the learning objectives?

  • The student talks with someone about their travel and vacation plans.

What are we doing today?

  • Students will continue reading Robo en la noche. Quiz tomorrow over chapter 1.
  • Students will watch and complete activities for a video about Peru and Machu Picchu.

What is the homework?

  • Complete VHL homework.
  • Begin studying for your Chapter 5 assessment. (2/10)

Tuesday

What are the learning objectives?

  • The student talks with someone about their travel and vacation plans.

What are we doing today?

  • Students will take a quiz over Robo en la noche.
  • Students will complete practice activities over direct object pronouns.
  • Students will begin practicing for Thursday’s interpersonal assessment.
  • Students will have time in computer lab to work on vocabulary grammar topics from chapter 5.

What is the homework?

  • Study for your Chapter 5 assessment. (2/10).
  • Prepare for your interpersonal speaking assessment (Thursday). Be able to respond to questions using the direct object pronouns in your response. Refer to the rubric to see how you’ll be graded.

Wednesday

What are the learning objectives?

  • The student talks with someone about their travel and vacation plans.

What are we doing today?

  • Students will continue to review for Friday’s unit assessment.
  • Students will continue practicing for tomorrow’s interpersonal assessment.

What is the homework?

  • Complete VHL homework.
  • Prepare for your interpersonal speaking assessment (Thursday). Be able to respond to questions using the direct object pronouns in your response. Refer to the rubric to see how you’ll be graded.
  • Study for chapter 5 unit assessment.

Thursday

  • Students will have an interpersonal speaking assessment over Chapter 5 topics.
  • Students will review for tomorrow’s unit assessment.

What is the homework?

  • Complete VHL homework.
  • Study for chapter 5 unit assessment.

 


Friday

  • The student talks with someone about their travel and vacation plans.
  • The student talks about shopping and describes clothing in the target language.
  • The student understands the types of markets are common in the Spanish-speaking world and why they are common.

What are we doing today?

  • Students will take the Chapter 5 Unit Assessment.
  • Students will read about and watch a video on Puerto Rico.
  • Students will begin working on Chapter 6 Vocabulary- ¡De compras!
