What are the learning objectives?

  • The student talks with someone about their travel and vacation plans.
  • The student talks about shopping and describes clothing in the target language.
  • The student understands the types of markets are common in the Spanish-speaking world and why they are common.

What are we doing today?

  • Students will begin learning how to form regular verbs and verbs with spelling changes in the past tense.
  • Students will complete activities in VHL Central.

  • The student understands the types of markets are common in the Spanish-speaking world and why they are common.

What are we doing today?

  • Students will complete practice activities with the preterite tense.
  • Students will continue reading Robo en la noche. Quiz on Friday.

  • Students will go over chapter 2 of Robo en la noche. Quiz on Friday.
  • Students will play a Kahoot with the preterite tense.
  • Students will learn how to form the past tense of ir and ser.
  • Students will begin working on their Fui de compras project. Due on Wednesday, March 8.

What is the homework?

  • Study for tomorrow’s quiz over the preterite.

Thursday

What are the learning objectives?

  • The student talks about shopping and describes clothing in the target language.
  • The student understands the types of markets are common in the Spanish-speaking world and why they are common.

What are we doing today?

  • Students will continue answering interpersonal questions with a partner.
  • Students will take a quiz over the preterite tense.
  • Students will complete cultural activities about Cuba and La Santeria.
  • Students will work on their Fui de compras project. Due on Wednesday, March 8.
